I am looking at building a 48x60 garage and have received conflicting recommendations on whether I need to upgrade from 200A to 320A service. The garage will have a portion finished off (1,152 sq ft) with pod lights and a mini-split for climate control. The garage portion will have overhead lights, an EV charger, and a freezer. Other than that, there will just be standard outlets and some exterior lights.

I've attached a picture of my panel along with the labels for the furnace and heat pump. The RV outlet and jacuzzi rarely gets used.I do want to make sure I have capacity to put in a hot tub in the future.

**Edit**

Added additional pictures of the labels. For my education, what am I looking at to determine the load for an item?

Thank you.
