Problem/Goal:
How do I move on from someone who cheated on me multiple times? And how do I fully let go even if I still love them?
Context:
My partner cheated on me 3 times already. Alam ko na mali na, and deep inside I know I deserve better. But the problem is... mahal ko pa rin siya.
I already tried to distance myself, less communication, and reminding myself of what they did-but I still feel attached. Parang ang hirap tanggapin na kailangan ko na talaga siyang i-let go.
Previous Attempts:
Tried to ignore messages / less contact
Focus on school and sarili ko
Talked to friends about it
Reminded myself of the cheating
But kahit ganun, I still miss the person and still care.
Why do I still love someone who hurt me multiple times? And how do I actually move on and let go for real?
