My LO is 12 weeks old and this past week we have started to make the transition from a bassinet in our room to her sleeping in her crib in her own room at night. We started with naps during the day in her crib and then introduced the crib at night. Most nights it is taking an hour and a half of rocking to get her down and several times of putting her down and having to pick her back up to rock again as she will wake up as soon as she is in the crib. Once down she will sleep about a 3 hour stretch and then the rest of the night is very broken sleep and getting up and down. Any tips/tricks to getting her down quicker and helping her stay down? Is sleep training an option at this age? She is only drinking about 15 oz during the day so she is still needing her nighttime feeds. She is also 7 weeks adjusted. Are we trying to early to get her out of the bassinet? I can’t decide if we should just go back to the bassinet or keep trying to power through this transition.

FTM confused about naps 😅 my LO will be 12 weeks tomorrow. Up until now she has only done contact naps or short naps in her swing during the day. Lately she seems to be getting on more of a schedule and I would like to start transitioning her to her crib for a few naps during the day. I’m going back to work soon and can’t be nap trapped for hours 😅 However, I am concerned about accidentally getting her confused with nights and days. If I am swaddling her and putting her in her crib for naps with the windows open and keeping her room bright, should I be concerned about her getting confused? TYIA!
