i asked what i can expect my future career to look like. (i’m currently working towards it)
i see that there will be some competition and fast paced, heavy workloads with that five of swords, eight of wands and ten of wands. but that i have all the skills necessary for a successful and fruitful career.
would love to get some more insight on the spread!
i’ve quietly walked away from a situation/person that doesn’t serve me in any way whatsoever and am not interested in having anything to do with this person, but am a little nosy and asked what he feels about me walking away and distancing myself lol.
he definitely feels hurt or betrayed on some level with that three and ten of swords. he may have felt that it happened unexpectedly and is weighing his options or isn’t thinking clearly but rather scattered and delusional. the devil could point towards him wanting to have control of the situation, or feeling like he is losing control.
what do you think?
i posted here a few days ago asking what people see in me, and got mostly negative responses. i’m very open to whatever people sense in me (and take it with a grain of salt of course) but it got me thinking.
do you sense that i’m a bad person? or do i give off a negative energy?
i think the spread points towards a yes (the empress, the chariot, ace of wands) , but i’m super confused about the tower here. it kept jumping out while i was shuffling and i decided to keep it in the spread. the tower is all about sudden, chaotic changes or situations but im not sure what it could represent in context of my question. we do have a very unconventional connection/relationship, so maybe it could have something to do with that?

i asked two questions. the first (top row) was why i’ve never been cared for throughout my life. the second (bottom row) was how i can get out of this negative energy and attract a more caring energy into my life.
context: i’ve been through a lot throughout my life and have never had a support system or anyone who has cared for me in the slightest. i’ve always felt incredibly lonely and like many other people, i’ve had to deal with traumatic situations, very bad mental health issues and other life struggles by myself.
would love to hear how you interpret the cards!!
my interpretation is that i’ve been hurt and experienced “rock bottom” which has lead to being detached or turning inward. death could mean that i’m able to break out of this though.
for the second question the hanged man could represent the need for a change of perspective. the emperor and empress randomly jumped out together and could be about having to take control and set up boundaries while focusing on self care.
i’m unsure on what to do in this situation i’m in and am looking for some clarity. any interpretation of the cards are appreciated!!
what will happen if i stop seeing him/top row: i will be really sad about it for a while, reminiscing about what we had etc, but might get over it pretty quickly or have some new beginning come in quickly, with the potential of being a stable thing in my life.
what will happen if i keep seeing him/bottom row: looks like there would be plans towards a more stable future together. since the lovers could point towards a choice it’s not a guarantee though, but there’s potential for it. mixing romance/emotions with a grounded or secure energy.

the first three cards (king of cups, two of cups, ace of wands) show that there’s passion and attraction there, but approaching these feelings in a mature way. the lovers could add to that interpretation, or represent a choice, that may be causing anxiety and detachment (nine of swords, queen of swords).
context: we’re fwb but have both established that we like each other. i’m not emotionally invested in this person (and they haven’t shown me that they are either) and i don’t put much effort or energy into the connection due to some circumstances + don’t know if i want to keep seeing them or not. looking for some clarity
(since i was a child) i’ve never gotten to feel what it’s like to have someone care for me, my experiences and my emotions. people have always given up on me and thought that i’m “too much” and “too complicated”. even though we have a lot of other obstacles etc, this person acts differently than what i’m used to, and actually shows care for me. why is that?

feelings (first row): there’s attraction and connection there with the two of cups, but with the king of cups i feel that he’s in control of those feelings, or approaching them with maturity. that energy of keeping ones composure is amplified with temperance, which could represent him letting it take its time and having patience.
actions( second row): ace of cups in the middle could point towards wanting some kind of new beginning by expressing feelings, but the lovers makes me feel like he’s still deciding on wether he wants to do this or not, there’s a choice here. he either sees me as the empress or wants to approach me as the empress (caring, appreciative, nurturing)

with the ace of cups in the middle, and the empress and six of pentacles on either side of it, i take it as there being a potential, or interest in an give and take nurturing kind of dynamic.
i pulled the sun as the general energy, which i read as wanting to move towards happiness and openness.

context: i’ve been sick with a pretty bad infection for the past weeks (not contagious) and have been in and out of the emergency room. during that time i wasn’t able to see a guy i’m sleeping with. he has been trying to plan for us too meet, and today i finally felt good enough (and have finished my meds and recovered) to want to see him. while we’re hanging out i tell him in detail about how i’ve been feeling surrounding the illness, and he decides that we’re not going to have sex today even though that’s what we met up for. instead he planned for us to meet next week. we just hung out and talked for a while instead and of course i respected his decision but this obviously disappointed me and i feel rejected, and decided to ask tarot why he didn’t want to have sex today.
my interpretation: from what i can see he did want to, especially with that ace of wands, but controlled himself and stood his ground. perhaps because he felt that the timing wasn’t right?
