Hi! I take the Penn line to commute to work. I’ve always taken it all the way to Union station and then taken the red line to Metro Center, but I’m wondering if getting off at New Carrollton and transferring to the orange line isn’t faster.

Lately I’ve been frustrated by what seems like frequent delays arriving to Union station, and then the crowds at the Union station metro are often a nightmare to navigate, delaying me even further.

My question is, is getting off at N.C. and then transferring to the orange or silver lines any more reliable?
