I’ll go first. Maryland by far in my opinion. The state is so old most houses are just dumps re purposed into luxury listings that sit back in the woods with endless green cast from trees and hot sun spots. Not to be mention the endless military activity all the over the state making drone services a gamble. Curious to hear from everyone else.
I’m a video guy who also runs a real estate media business alongside my video production business. We aren’t huge but do well enough. Just wondering if any of you be guys have gotten to the point of just hating doing video tours lol. With all the other products to sell 3d tour, floor plans etc I’d much rather be selling these simple but high yield items rather than time consuming videos and edits. Just curious how everyone else feels
Hey guys appreciate any insight from anyone who has one. I have a M3 Pro 36gb 1tb MacBook Pro. I run a decent size (or busy enough) media company. I recently upgraded to an M4 Max Mac Studio and Studio Display XDR. cCurrently MacBook Pro doesnt do very much and I was thinking about selling it off to recover some upgrade cost. I still need a laptop though for light work on the road and maybe some file dumping here and there.
My question is anyone who has the Neo anything you wouldnt recommend it or hate or hate about it?
Normally don’t post this stuff but just had to say this is a great display cost aside. Have been working on a Dell G3223Q and while it was good this is night and day color accuracy and clarity is next level.
I thought it was neat since it’s like literally the first time I could think of where you play as her in such an up close and personal way. Makes me want a solo game of her in the style of like all the PlayStation exclusive games. Up and over the shoulder. Stealth gameplay, little mix of ninja gaiden, cool action set pieces. Koei’s got a gold mine of characters to do cool stories with if they just take shit more seriously and stop with the corny anime shit.
