Another dog bit my dog during play - tips to help him recover

Today in the park my dog was greeted by a spaniel, the dog play bowed and they started to run around together. Next thing my dog let's out a horrible yelp and keeps howling running over to me, he ran straight between my legs and was very shaken up.

He quickly seemed to get over it and we left the park and he seemed fine. When I got home, I saw he has 3 small surface bite wounds. I've disinfected and keeping an eye to make sure he doesnt lick them.

Question- how do I help him recover from this? He seems fine in himself but is there anything I should be doing to help ensure he doesnt become scared/reactive to other dogs? He generally has a really lovely temperament. He didnt fight back at all and has never known to be aggressive to another dog.

29F, first x-ray and diagnosis was in 2021 for mild-moderate curve. I haven't been back to Dr's since. Have managed pain myself through exercises and online research.

Pain is getting worse and I do think my hump has got worse/more pronounced.

Anyone have experience of asking your GP for referral to x-ray to see if curve has progressed? Would rather not go private.

Hi all,

Ive recently been getting pretty chronic shoulder/neck pain on my left side. I have a mild (ish) curve upper thoracic. It hurts when I try and touch my ear to my shoulder (on the left side) the pain goes into my shoulder blade.

I use a kneeling chair at work which i thought might help but no luck yet (desk based job)

Anyone else experienced this as part of their upper T curve? Do you have any tips for excersizes/posture positions/ general tips for reducing the pain?
