New grad here, Aspen Dental?
Hey everyone! 👋 I'm a new grad and would love to hear real talk about what it's like to work for Aspen Dental. If you've worked there (or still do) I would love to know the good the bad and the I wish I knew parts.
Work-life balance & schedule: how are the hours? flexible? I've heard about the mandatory overtime what's the situation?
Compensation & benefits Is the pay competitive, and do the bonuses get paid out because they advertise that most hygienists get incentives but I've read some post saying that rarely happens.
How’s the health insurance and 401k?
Culture & management: What’s the vibe with corporate vs. private? Any micromanaging or high turnover stories?
Patient volume & support: How many patients do you typically see per day? I keep reading that there are too many new patients where you need to keep leaving the room while you're with a patient, is this true?
Growth & trainin: Are there real opportunities for advancement? I know they provide CE courses, or is it mostly “just keep producing”?
