Shoulder pain
So I have started going to the gym a few months ago but I trained a year before with just bodyweight. The gym started of great. However, like five weeks ago I was trying out the new lateral raises exercise it started to hurt. From then, I didnt have a push day becouse I thought that it will help. I have done few sessions of rehab exercise with the rotating you shoulder with a band exercise. I felt the muscle burn in my rotator cuff, like a good burn not a bad one. But like a week ago, it has gotten way worse becouse now its hurting when I am sleeping and in normal day. Should I stop training and only train legs? No doctors are available near me :(
Please give me advice
