Me and my partner (both early 20s) are looking at going to Thailand for a week on our way to Australia and we are looking at Phuket it was between that or Bangkok. I like visiting quite touristy destinations and experiencing culture however don’t like overly crowded busy places and my partner is the same he prefers beaches and relaxing but we are both wanting to do a mix, he drinks a bit and I don’t drink at all, I’m trying to look into the best place to stay or if Phuket is even the best place to stay and where about you would recommend.
