Have trialled the Phonak spheres and they have been by far the best hearing aids I've ever tried in loud places. I could even wear them to a music festival and still hear people speaking to me clearly whilst the music is playing.

Only problem is their size! They hurt behind my ears and I never quite got used to them (small ears), plus they just look out of place on me.

Are there any other HA's that even compare?

I didnt rate the Oticon Intents or Vivia Resound. Am currently trialling Starkey Edge AI. So far they are ok, but havent tested them anywhere too loud as of yet.

Is it perhaps worthwhile getting the Phonak non-sphere version?
