If I put this on my trunk, is it basically permanent / difficult to remove later, if it needed to be removed for any reason?

This Maytag washing machine that came with my house stretches out, tears, and eventually destroys clothes. It doesn't have an agitator, just an impeller on the bottom. It typically entangles the arms of shirts and legs of pants all together and they come out in a giant mess. It seems like it doesn't use enough water. Even if I put it on bulky or deep water wash it doesn't fill up enough. What am I doing wrong?
