Pano ba magkaron ng madaming survey returns? and syempre csat sana.

I and my TL are working on how to improve my call handling and lessen or prevent sana maka receive ng dsat.

Sending me feedbacks about some of my calls everyday. And mentioned naman na there are improvements. Needs consistensy esp when building rapport and AER.

Pero I'm still receiving dsats at least 1 or 2 a week, and dahil konti lang survey returns ko, hindi ko pa rin ma reach yung passing score. Nauubusan na rin ata si TL ng idea kung anong pwede namin gawin to prevent dsats.

I'm now thinking na magresign na. Baka yung career na to is hindi para sakin. But I'm very grateful for the experience. Sayang lang kasi gusto ko sana ma reach yung 1 year tenure para maganda tignan sa resume. Pero I'm having this feeling na pabigat ako sa team.

And based on sa nababasa ko dito, possible na ma terminate if hindi ma reach yung KPIs.

Please help. Any suggestions will be highly aporeciated.
