Bought a electric toothbrush from Amazon now in banglore, and the CS told to contact after 3 days
Hey everyone,
I ordered an Oral-B Pro 3 electric toothbrush along with Sensodyne toothpaste from Amazon last night, and it got delivered this morning.
However, the packaging was already damaged. There was no proper Amazon outer box—just tape holding both items together, which felt odd especially since it’s an electronic product.
Because of that, I recorded an unboxing video. When I opened it, I noticed that the toothbrush did NOT include a brush head.
At first, I thought maybe the brush head is sold separately, but after checking the instruction manual (which clearly states it should be included) and watching a few unboxing videos online, I confirmed that one brush head should come in the box.
I immediately contacted Amazon customer service. They told me they would “check the delivery passage” and asked me to reach out again after 3 days.
Now I’m confused about what to do:
- Should I wait for the 3 days and follow up with them?
- Or should I just ignore it (since it’s marked non-returnable), buy a brush head separately, and move on?
I do have a full unboxing video as proof.
Would really appreciate any advice or if anyone has faced a similar situation.
