Hi all,
I’m driving a 2023 XC60 T8 Recharge.
Has anyone experienced the issue of having no heat despite selecting the heater option ‘on’ when driving in Pure mode. I have tried a reset. Software is at 5.0.5 but I don’t have the option to go to 5.1.9. I don’t know how long the issue has been going on because most of winter I ran it in Hybrid mode, so it used engine heat for the cabin.
Could it be as simple as a fuse? While my service is covered under warranty, I’m trying to avoid the hassle of drop off and pickup from the dealer.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
