2019 Honda HR-V LX

I thought the dealer's description said it had remote start but since I bought it it's been taken down. I did try tapping the lock button three times but it just locks, flashes, then beeps. Web search wasn't clear as it said not all LX (a base model) have remote start. Another search on whether it can be installed was also ambiguous. Anyone here know? I'm assuming taking it to a certified Honda technician at the dealership where I bought it would be best, but that sounds rather expensive. Appreciate your feedback.

Like most new owners, I have several questions. I'll start with this one.

I'm trying to figure out the best cell phone holder mount that won't damage or stain the dashboard, figuring a suction mount would be best. Our summers are really hot here in Missouri so if it's anything sticky it's going to melt. I don't want it mounted to the windshield. I also don't want it clipped to the air vent. If you can't tell the dash slants downward. This question probably has been addressed multiple times but I don't know how to search this reddit. TIA.
