I’m trying to understand my DMV DUI suspension timeline in California.
Violation: 05/19/2025
Conviction: 04/29/2026
Charge: VC 23140(a) (under 21 DUI)
After my arrest I believe I had an under-21 administrative suspension which is a one year hard suspension that I am still dealing with until June. Now I got a DMV order saying I’m suspended 04/29/2026 → 10/29/2026 and I also have IID/restricted license options listed.
My confusion is whether I have to wait until October to drive again or if the time I already served from the earlier suspension already counts toward this.

I recently got non owner sr22 some info I am 19 have a dui on my record and and a speeding ticket I am paying $90 a month for non owner sr22 is this a valid price?

Got a DUI sentence in Napa County and trying to understand how the jail vs work program part actually works.

My court order says:

3 years summary probation

10 days jail (with 1 day credit)

Remand date: May 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM

Also says: “Serve 5 days on the work program in a manner to be determined by Post Court Services”

My question is: does this mean I can do the work program instead of jail, or is it jail first and then work program / additional custody?
