How long were you on the 0.25 dose?

Hi, yesterday my doctor renewed my prescription and did not increase my dose, so I’m staying on 0.25. She said that if it’s working, it’s perfectly fine to remain on the lowest dose for as long as it continues to be effective.

I’m curious how it has been for others?
Btw, I’ve already lost 9 lbs in 3,5 weeks, so really happy

Still at the very beginning, but so far I consider it a big success for me!

It’s been two weeks since I started taking Ozempic. The first week was kind of mixed, sometimes I still really wanted to eat and would binge, other times not so much. But the second week hits differently.

My appetite has definitely decreased, although I haven’t actually changed my eating habits at all, I’ve always liked eating healthy, my issue was just portion sizes being out of control. And today I stepped on the scale and saw -2.4 kg (-5 lbs) in 14 days. I’m honestly shocked and so happy. It’s been a long time since I’ve managed to lose any weight.

But what’s even more surprising, even though I still have some food noise, I have zero cravings to smoke. I’ve been smoking for over 10 years, and now I just don’t want to at all. The first few days I tried out of habit, but it made me feel very nauseous. It’s now been 11 days without smoking, and I have absolutely no desire to go back. That might be even more insane than the future weight loss.

And one more thing, one week ago I went out with my friends, and I couldn’t drink more than two beers. Even the second one was a struggle. It felt like my stomach was completely full, like there wasn’t even a millimeter of space left. So yeah, I’ve basically stopped drinking too.

Seriously, what kind of magic is this Ozempic? Where has it been all my life?

I’m really curious to see what happens in the coming weeks, I’ll keep you updated
