Where to apply suggestions

For context im from morocco, this year i was a yes program exchange student in Colorado, i was a senior but i still have another senior year next year, so ill be applying during fall 26 27 to colleges, i wanna try to apply in the usa, i know its hard to get a full scholarship but i just want to try cuz ive been wanting to do this since freshman year.

Ill also apply to scholarship like the Hungarian gov one and Korean one, and other schools in morocco.

I hope to pursue mechanical, or aerospace engineering, or comouter science, im not sure yet i just know im doing stem, in my exchange year i toop ap mechanics amd pre calc.

I also want to keep doing art, swimming, and playing sax or pearning an unstrument as hobbies.

Ive passed my sat while here and got 1300 ish, i got an sat ticket so i still have one more chance to pass it for free ++ i get college app fee waiver and css profile waiver.

So based on my interesrs and career chouce where do u think i should try applying? I only have 20 choices as that s the max in common app, and i need full scholarship rhat covers everythung from flight food tuition accomodation..
