Red store, no jobs for that location?

I’ve been sparking for about 6 months.

I drive to the same store Everytime. Then turn on spark now. While I’m on a zone with other stores, this store is almost always red, meaning consistent offers.

The last month or so, all the offers I get, which also seem like a very low amount in general, are never for the store that I’m sitting in the parking lot for.

Yes my zone is correct and yes the store is showing busy for spark or at worst is yellow. Prior to this, I sat in the same parking lot and NEVER got an offer for any store but the one I was at.

I don’t get it. If the store wasn’t busy for spark I could understand, but it is.

My background is sales and account management.

I started a cleaning business focused only on move out move in cleaning, because I did not want to deal with homeowners lurking while I work or being finicky. Within first month I’ve brought in over $1500 between 4 jobs with 0 spent on marketing. I believe maybe 20 labor hours worked. Two jobs came from referal, one from cold calling property management companies, one from facebook organically.

I have also gotten in with a few local property management companies who will be sending me work periodically.

My goal was to grow into a full turnover support company and be an all in one vendor for property managers and investors, and 1099 the work out.

Life things have happened and now I probably will rarely be able to do the move out cleaning physically, which was the plan until I had enough revenue and clients to start offering things like painting and touch up repairs and 1099 them out.

I know a lot of people have cleaning companies where they don’t clean and 1099 the work out. I need help fast on how to pivot to securing jobs and 1099ijg the labor out.

Any resources or advice?
