I wanted to turn Ash’s moment of getting banned from the Celadon Gym into a learning experience.

I redid some of the matches for the Johto Gym Battles. Charizard will only battle during Ash's battle against Falkner where he sort of bulks up his team to face off against Ash since he's not a rookie anymore. But after that he'll be sent to the Charicific Valley and won't return until the Johto League, which gives Ash's Johto Pokemon plenty of time to shine.

I've decided to make Marina from the Orange Islands a rival for Misty since they both love water types. That way Ash isn't always in the forefront.

I’ve decided to post some of my gym matches from my rewrite series in bluesky for anyone that doesn’t have a bluesky account. There will be more in the future but right now I’m on Ash’s gym battle with Lt. Surge.
