Since snapchat support is absolutely useless i might have to turn to reddit..Can someone tell me why my storage won‘t go down even though I keep deleting 100s of memories? I had tons of memories and was about at 80GB Storage and finally got down to 5GB. When i went on the next day it was back up at 10ish.
Now i keep getting a pop up saying I have 3408 memories saved since 2016 even though i only have 366 left…where is the rest and how can I fix this problem? Can’t imagine that 366 memories take up 7.6 GB of space. I really don‘t want my memories that i have left to go away…hope someone knows an answer to this problem…
