Hello everyone! Since I'm moving out of town, I'm looking to sublet my room in Allston from June 1 to August 31. The room is in a townhouse-style apartment (4 Bed 2 Bath) with three other roommates about a 6-minute walk from the Packard's Corner B Line station, a 9-minute walk from the 64 and 66 buses with service to Cambridge and Brookline. It’s also a 5-minute walk to Star Market.

The rent is $1,051 a month. Water and sewer is included in the rent, but electric and Wifi are separate (about $150-200 during the summer). Cost to move in will be first month's rent only.

NO SECURITY DEPOSIT OR SUBLET FEE!

The room will come furnished (bed, bed frame, desk, and chair can be bundled for a cheap price).
