From the Sunshine State to the Colorful State.
Hello my fellow Instacarters,
I recently moved from Florida to Colorado and I’m trying to figure out if my Instacart Shopper account is fully updated for this new market.
I already updated my address in the Shopper app, and I’m able to see regular batches here in Colorado. However, I’m still receiving promotions from Florida, which makes me think my account may still be partially linked to my old market.
Another issue is that I haven’t received a single batch with alcohol since I started shopping here in Colorado. I’m wondering if there’s some kind of alcohol eligibility, certification, or market-specific restriction that needs to be updated on my account.
I already tried contacting Shopper Support through chat, but honestly, they had no idea what to do and couldn’t give me a clear answer.
Has anyone dealt with this after moving to another state? Is there a specific way to get my account fully switched to Colorado? Also, does anyone know a direct email or better way to contact Instacart Shopper Support for this kind of issue?
