qc found flaws that were not there when i mailed
hi! i’m a first-time seller on vestiaire (but have sold on poshmark and depop previously) and recently sold a designer dress on the platform. i took a lot of photos of the dress and examined it really carefully because i had gotten it secondhand and wanted to make sure i wasn’t missing anything. i took a video of the dress as i was packaged it and there were no flaws visible. the dress got to qc today and they flagged it for minor flaws that weren’t on the listing, and shared photos with three tiny but visible stains on the front of the dress. i double-checked my videos and the stains are not there, so i have video evidence. has anyone had a similar experience? i may be jumping the gun since the buyer hasn’t responded yet, but i’m pretty frustrated because i took care to make sure i was accurately representing the item and seeing new stains after i mailed was really strange and confusing. if anyone has advice on navigating this situation with vc, i’d greatly appreciate it!!
