My secret account has survived since November. Am I safe from getting banned again?
In May of 2025 I got suspended and permanently disabled for false CSE reports. My main instagram, Facebook and two other instagram accounts were all gone in the blink of an eye. I successfully created a new Facebook (with a shortened version of my first name) and Instagram shortly after. Three months went by without issue but in September of 2025 after completely rebuilding my Instagram following and profile, it was permanently disabled for being associated with an account that was suspended. My new Facebook was not linked and has had no issues or suspensions since its creation. In November 2025 I switched phone companies and got a new iPhone, and tried again at making a new account. It lasted roughly a week before it was also disabled. I never used my Apple ID to create accounts so I don’t believe that could be linked. Every attempt at making a new instagram account was done by creating/using a different email. As a last ditch effort, I used DuckDuckGo mobile browser at the end of November to create a new profile. This time, no attempt at using my real name, nicknames or the like, and the accounts profile picture is me but from roughly eight years ago at age 19. I’ve made no posts, haven’t shared any stories, it follows less than 10 accounts and I have had pretty minimal activity on it. Is this one safe to try and use regularly? My biggest worry is trying to log into the Instagram app with this account, following my friends and family like the previous accounts did, or posting any pictures that would include me and my face with friends and family. Has anyone else had a successful attempt at rebuilding like this?
