hii everyone, i hope its okay to ask these here, been searching over reddit but not much info comes up.
so i have some acne, cluster on both cheekbones and some big ass acne or two on forehead.
been to derm and there was just a quick glance and prescription for cream to pick up at pharmacy, which i just did.
problem is that both doctor and pharmacist didn't tell me how to precisely use this cream except for generic "use 3x a week at evenings for 3 months".
(booking at another derm would take 3-4 months, so i kinda need advice now)
the cream is made of: adapalene, benzoyl peroxide gel 5% and ultrasicc.
my questions would be: how to use it?
do i use it on my whole face or just the problematic spots? do i use my regular cream (Thalion Hydramarine Essential Cream) over it or just in morning?
any kind of advice, input, experiences welcome,
