We use Ramp for AP and love it. Now we’re trying to find something comparable on the AR side.

Today we’re using Fortis. It works fine for basic credit card + ACH processing, but there are a few limitations that are starting to hurt:

• They charge percentage fees on ACH with no cap
• No support for surcharging
• Customers can’t easily pay multiple invoices in one transaction
• No real AR automation or dunning capabilities

We already have our own customer portal, so having another full client-facing portal isn’t as important. What we really need is:

• Lower / more predictable payment processing costs
• Better payment UX (especially pay-multiple-invoices)
• Strong AR automation (dunning emails, past-due workflows, etc.)
• Ability to send physical/mail reminders when needed
• Optional financing / BNPL + collections integrations

Feels like there’s a big gap here — honestly wish Ramp would expand into AR because they’d probably crush it.

Curious what others in NetSuite are using for AR + payments. What’s working well?
