Hey Guys!
I just got hired by UPS this last week as an Air Admin Assistant III at a warehouse facility in the PNW. I got my BA in Business Administration and was really excited about being able to work in operations and logistics with UPS. Upon getting here though they seem to want me to be mostly a set of hands in the warehouse, which I don't have a problem with but I'm concerned about potential growth and career opportunities.
Does anyone have any insight to my position or any potential words of encouragement/caution? Will I be able to advance up out of this position and out of this facility and into corporate eventually or do I have better chances taking a different entry-level type job?
Thanks y'all!
