Hii so this is my first monstera plant and I got it from my grandmas massive matriarch plant so it means a lot to me that it survives. I read that I should put it in a container of water until some roots grew, but it’s been about three weeks and there is only this tiny stub. One of the leaves completely browned and shriveled off and a few others look like they’re wilting. Any advice at all to save this plant would be greatly appreciated 🙏🙏
