I’ve finally started to be consistent with running after trying for the last 2 years. I’ve been running 2-3 miles 3x a week for the past 2 months at a slow 11:00-13:00 pace. I ran a 5k last weekend and while in my emotionally happy accomplished state, I signed up for a 10-mile race in August. I think it’s a lot of hills too. No refunds.

Did I make a mistake?! Will I be able to ramp up that quickly? Will the heat take me out? Have you been in this situation?

Help talk some sense into me or confirm this was a bad idea.

With running being a huge trend, I've been wondering what the best SPF is.

I usually use Japanese SPF but they're all such small bottles. I thought running culture in Korea was big but I can't find any SPF that comes in a large bottle with pump.

Is body SPF popular (or even a thing) in Asia?
