My previous company PM made me miserable by giving workload i couldn’t able to focus and complete at that time due to ongoing events at my home. This eventually lead to burnt out and exhaustion i had to quit. Due to one mistake i made he sent warning mail tagging client. Now that makes me feel switching to other roles. Is this good idea?

I have 4 years of experience in iOS development, i want to switch to other tech stack. AI based roles, full stack or backend based roles among these which has more remote opportunities and less competition? I am in a career break its been 2 years.
