I tried this product and it didn’t work at all for brass. What’s horrible though is it left this disgusting residue/film on the hair on my scalp and won’t wash out. I used clarifying shampoo for multiple days and used k18. My hair looks greasy and unwashed still. I’m LIVID. I’ve never experienced this before. Can anyone provide suggestions?
