I need help I can’t keep hiding the true me I’m tired of not being who I am and I don’t know what to do to get peace I’m a male and want to be female I have no one that can help me so I’m giving this a chance how can I be who I truly am and be at peace I have hid this all my life and I can’t hid it anymore I need d some advice on how to handle it I live in the usa and I have access to mental health and I am a adult I just want to finally be who truly am
