Tried therapy (2 sessions over Zoom) and no longer want to engage.
I’m pretty early in my treatment, currently titrating up lamotrigine.
Anyway, I gave therapy a shot but I feel like I can’t engage at all. When they ask about my week or to recall stuff, I just can’t. It feels draining and pointless. I don’t feel like being completely honest, so the conversations feel eh.
The therapist is nice, I just don’t feel into it.
I guess I’m just worried about what my psychiatrist will say about this, since I do plan on canceling my appointments.
