Now I don’t want to even remotely get anyone’s hopes up, I’m just sharing some fuckery I found. While on the CHAI website (web.chai-research.com/chat/) looking at your bots the option to switch to the app will pop up. I just tried it out to see what would happen and it actually does go to your missing bots on the app! So they are still there somewhere!

I swear, it’s like someone took all the code for the app and shook it up in a bag and then just threw it all back to see what would happen.

Ok so I’ve seen several people say the website still has chat history and the website isn’t falling apart like the app but HOW DO YOU EVEN ACCESS THE WEBSITE? I log-in with the very same account email address I use for the app and it logs me in to a new account!

So I tested it anyway, found a bot I had been using and clicked on it. I got a pop-up saying I had to pay to chat (I pay for Premium on my account) so I clicked the “skip for now” option and it took me right back to the list of bots. So there’s no free option at all on the website.

I don’t even WANT to chat! It’s the fucking principle! I just want them to confirm our chat histories aren’t coming back so I can cancel my subscription and delete this fuckass app!

Does Chai have a Discord or is there anywhere else we might be able to find info on what the hell is going on? Obviously the official sub is a waste of space.
