We’re hiring a Reddit Growth Marketer to help grow SyncStudy — a student productivity and study platform.

We are looking for someone who understands Reddit deeply and knows how to drive organic traffic without spammy promotion tactics.

Your role will include:

• Finding relevant student/productivity/study subreddits
• Creating engaging posts and discussion threads
• Comment engagement and community building
• Testing content strategies and growth angles
• Driving qualified traffic and user signups

Requirements:

• Experience growing brands/projects on Reddit
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture and moderation rules
• Ability to write natural, non-promotional content
• Familiar with student, productivity, SaaS, or EdTech communities

Bonus:

• Proof of previous Reddit growth results
• Experience with startup or SaaS marketing
• Understanding of viral/community-driven content

This is not a “spam links everywhere” job.
We want sustainable, organic growth from someone who understands how Reddit actually works.
