Every time I look at job requirements, I feel like I’m missing something. did you guys feel ready before your first role or just go for it?

Hi everyone, I’ve come today to ask a question. I’m running a small video team and trying to break into higher-ticket corporate work (events, conferences, internal content, etc)

most of what I’ve gotten so far is smaller gigs, but I’m starting to realize the bigger contracts seem to come from specific events, launches, etc

I’ve come to ask for anyone who’s landed those, where did they actually come from? inbound, relationships, or something else?
