Hi everyone! Looking for some insight and help with a recurring skin issue I’ve been having. I’m 27F and I live in a tropical part of the world. I’ve been to the doctors multiple times, I’ve been on antibiotics three times this year, and am using mupirocin as a spot treatment however the infections/sores keep coming back. They’re generally centred on my legs and arms. My doctors can’t tell me what it is and I don’t believe it is infectious either as my partner has not had any issues.

If anyone please has any insight or if there’s anything anyone can suggest to help minimise the look of the sores and/or reduce the likelihood of it coming back, I’d love some help!
