Hi guys

So I ordered something with tracked shipping, the order arrived but something was damaged inside. I contacted the seller and they wrote that they contacted the courier. It’s been 3 weeks now and I don’t know what to do. I once asked and they told they don’t have any answer yet. Contact Cardmarket? Can I mark the order as arrived but damaged anyhow? I fear that it gets Auto arrived soon and I can’t do anything after it anymore. When I Click „Not (yet) arrived/issue“ it asks if i really didnt get the order but I did get it, should I Click it anyways? Ty for any help
