I wasn’t expecting this. There’s too many little things for the end of day that I messed up on and don’t understand how to fix it when I make a mistake. I was over 70 short on the deposit tonight.
They showed me twice how to do the closing list then left me on my own closing which means I had to call mgmt on the phone several times and got out nearly an hour late. Not enough on hands experience with DG computers to be left alone with 1000s of dollars
Why don’t they stay more nights and help me learn instead of leaving me here by myself at night with only a cashier who doesn’t know how to be a lead either. I haven’t even finished my first weeks cbls
Now I told them I just want to be a regular cashier. Why make someone responsible for the entire deposit for the day when I haven’t been properly trained? They are writing the other leads up due to them messing up so much
Maybe the other leads need proper training too
