I urgently need help please for a project due tomorrow. A client has sent me a 3dsmax file that I was going to convert into an FBX and use within my architectural CGI software.

I have downloaded a trial of 3dsmax 2027 and when opening the project and converting everything the model is warped and missing walls. When importing it into Autodesk online viewer everything looks fine. I have attached a photo of the viewer and 3ds max project.
