Hey everyone, I have mild gastroparesis but still pretty significant symptoms, along with a 5cm sliding hiatal hernia and GERD. My main issue is painful bloating, and my reflux is especially bad when the bloating flares. I’m also wondering if anyone has had hiatal hernia surgery without a wrap and had good results, since I’m trying to figure out my options. On top of that, I think I may have suspected POTS because I struggle to stand for long periods without needing to sit down, my vision changes when I’m upright, and my heart rate goes up quite a bit. I’m not sure if the possible POTS is contributing to the GI symptoms or if everything is overlapping and amplifying each other, and I’m feeling pretty confused about what’s actually driving what.
