Happy deposit deadline day (for a lot of schools!) Long time lurker, first time poster (throwaway). Spent too much time on this sub during this crazy cycle, good luck to everyone with their decisions. Excited to be part of GULC class of '29!
Applied to all schools in Sept/Oct. Wasn't certain about law school exiting undergrad, but got great WE to steer me there. Took the LSAT several times to achieve a score I was happy with which I'm sure didn't help my results, though I'm happy with how this went. Didn't agonize over decisions, so each result was a nice reminder that I'd gone through with this, though some schools (looking at you, NYU and Columbia) took their sweet time to respond.
Want to pursue something regulatory-adjacent which makes being in DC (despite current craziness) a great fit for the next 3 years. Want to practice in CA long term though, and given GULC's national reach it'll help get me there.
Withdrew from schools I'm not attending, encourage other to do the same for our waitlist warriors.
Stats: 17low, 3.9x, T3 softs (who knows how real this is), 3 yr WE in a related field that is part of my "why law."
