MDW Planning- Realistic expectations

Hello, I am looking for some advice for my upcoming trip. It will be me,my husband and my son (5 years old at time of trip- loves toy story). We are going October 22nd-29th and staying at Port Orleans riverside. This is a rough schedule of what I have planned so far. We will be doing 6 park hopper plus days, not planning on doing MNSSHP. My son will be 40" but not much bigger so we won't be going on the bigger thrill rides. How does my plan look? What time should we be getting to the bus stop if we plan on rope dropping? We plan on doing as many rides as we can before 12, having a break at our hotel and just letting the eveings be more casual and guided by the interests of my son. We will probably do multipass LL at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood studios. There is a marathon going on The 23rd-25th. We all have a free disney quick service dining plan during our stay. Sorry for all the info it is our first trip and just trying to get all the tips possible.
