Hi everyone, I received a correction request from the German Consular Portal asking me to upload:

1. IELTS
2. Tuition fee receipts

But my university (University of Kassel) is a public university and doesn’t have tuition fees, only semester contribution fees.

Has anyone faced the same issue? What did you upload instead of tuition fee receipts?

I’m applying for a German student visa through the Consular Services Portal and I’m confused about the “Proof of health insurance” section.

I have these 2 documents from Expatrio/TK:

1. FREE_TRAVEL_PROVISIONAL_CERTIFICATE (incoming/travel insurance for visa entry)
2. TK Preliminary Insurance Certificate (public/statutory insurance confirmation)

The portal says to upload both incoming insurance + statutory insurance confirmation, but the upload section only allows me to upload one file.

Which document should I upload in the main “Proof of health insurance” section?
And where should I upload the second document? Under “Other documents” or just carry it to the visa appointment?

Would appreciate help from anyone who already completed the German student visa process.
