Anyone who has tried beta blockers; do they help your POTs symptoms? Do they have any noticeable side effects? My doctor may put me on them in the summer, and I’m nervous about trying new meds.

The tension between me and crying over my chronic pain and in turn then giving myself a 2 day long headache went crazy about 2 days ago!! Save me 😭 I’m in bed chugging water & ibuprofen and everyone around me thinks i’m exaggerating, which makes me want to cry more, but if i do, i’ll be worse off. It’s a terrible cycle.
