

23M Starting my fat loss journey
Hey guys Vansh this side currently i am ⤵️
Body weight - 132 kgs
Height - 5 feet 9 inches
I am starting my fat loss journey from today with ⤵️
Strength training - 6 days a week
Cardio - 2 days a week
10k steps - 6 days a week
Starting kcal - 2600 with 120 gms of protein
With 6/8 hours sleep and 5L water intake everyday
Please give me tips as i am new to this and tell me should i post my progress every week?
