28M, veg diet, My weight is not extremely high but the Fat% is (23-24% last time I measured - 4 months back).

Have started working out regularly since past 3 weeks (Strength training 6x a week, 10k steps daily) lost 2Kg and am down to 68.xx from 70.xx. My Goal is to lose this belly fat and maintain decent amount of muscle while doing it. How should I approach this situation?
