Hey been working at Lc for about a year and a half and I’ve seen through my food handlers and online that the deep dish should be sprayed, scrubbed in soapy water, rinsed, and sanitized. Though at my store we only spray them down enough and scrap off any residue, does anyone else who works here do the same?
